Returns & Exchanges
If you have an issue with a product you have bought from 1664 BMX email us directly at info@1664bmx.com to let us know your concerns. If you have ordered the wrong size or product, returns are available up to one week from the product delivery date. Exchanges are available for up to 30 days from the product delivery date.

How a Return Works

– You email us and let us know what’s going on
– We will issue you a Return Authorization (just some paperwork to include when you ship the product back to us)
– You will ship the product back
– We will do a quick check and make sure the product is in original condition
– We will issue a refund/ship the replacement product

A couple reminders when shipping a product back:

– Use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number
– Include all original packaging

Exceptions

– Special order items, custom wheels, complete bikes, helmets, sale items, washed or worn apparel, damaged or installed products.

Freight Costs

– Freight costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
